Dr. Shah is a board-certified dermatologist. He graduated from the University of Minnesota Medical School, Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, in 2007. Dr. Shah completed his residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. with an internship in internal medicine.

Prior to creating Clarus Dermatology, Dr. Shah started the dermatology department for HealthEast Clinics. He graduated magna cum laude from Ursinus College with departmental honors in Biology. He is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society, the Tri-Beta Biological Honor Society and the Sigma Xi research honor society.

Dr. Shah is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), the American Medical Association, a Diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology, a Fellow of the American Society for Mohs Surgery and a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. He serves on the Policy Council for the Minnesota Medical Association. In 2016 he was elected vice president of the Minnesota Dermatological Society as well as president of Doctors for the Practice of Safe and Ethical Aesthetic Medicine. He currently serves as the deputy chair of the Coding and Reimbursement Task Force at the AAD. Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Shah enjoys travel with his family, cooking, riding his motorcycle and track days with his car. If you see any hair on his scrubs his white Labrador retriever Stockholm is to blame.

Malinee Saxena is a brilliant and energetic dermatologist based in Inver Grove Heights, MN. Dr. Saxena accomplished both her undergraduate and medical training at the University of Minnesota. She completed her internship at the Hennepin County Medical Center and her residency in dermatology at the University of Minnesota.

Dr. Saxena is certified by the American Board of Dermatology. Her clinical interests include laser surgery, and medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She is also a member of a number of medical associations, including the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, and the Minnesota Dermatologic Society.

Dr. Saxena holds a position of great prestige in dermatologic circles. She is the recipient of numerous scholarships, awards, and recognition, including the Minneapolis St. Paul Magazine Top Doctors of 2014. Since 2007, she has been included in MN Monthly’s Best Doctors for Women lineup yearly. In addition, she has created two apps for both iPhone and Android devices called nevus® and Tripini®.

A graduate of the Mayo Clinic Medical School, Charles E. Crutchfield III, M.D. serves as Medical Director of Crutchfield Dermatology, P.A. in Eagan, MN. He is also a Full Clinical Professor of Dermatology at the University of Minnesota Medical School.

Recognized for professional excellence and service to the community, Dr. Crutchfield has won numerous University of Minnesota Medical School teaching awards, including ‘Clinical Faculty Teacher of the Year’ and two “Distinguished Teaching Awards.” Dr. Crutchfield’s lectures to University of Minnesota Medical students receive outstanding reviews and are very popular. He teaches dermatology residents on campus and offers externships at his clinical practice focusing on conditions in ethnic skin: vitiligo, psoriasis, acne and aesthetic medicine.

Dr. Crutchfield was recognized in several annual polls of his peers as a leading dermatologist in Minnesota. Among his awards, Minnesota Physician magazine named him one of the “100 Most Influential Health Care Leaders in the state of Minnesota.” He has received the “Gold Triangle Award” from the American Academy of Dermatology, the very first “Physician Health Care Hero Award” from Medica/KARE11, and the Karis Humanitarian Award from the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine. Most recently, Dr. Crutchfield was recognized by NBC News’TheGrio.com as one of the “Top 100 African-American Newsmakers Making History in the United States.”

Dr. Crutchfield co-authored a children’s book on sun protection, Little Charles Hits a Homerun; a dermatology textbook, A Clinical Atlas of 101 Common Skin Diseases; and recently published a smart phone application for primary care physicians called “Dermatologist in Your Pocket.” His credits include over 100 scientific and educational publications including the “Melanoma Treatment Update” article in the January/February 2016 journal, Metro Doctors. He also publishes an online “Dermatology-Case-of-the-Month” delivered to over 30,000 physicians. Dr. Michael H. Gold is the founder of Gold Skin Care Center, Advanced Aesthetics Medical Spa, The Laser & Rejuvenation Center, and Tennessee Clinical Research Center located in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Anna Guanche, M.D., is a board-certified dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon specializing in cosmetic procedures that have minimal down-time and excellent results. She has been in practice for over 10 years. Her practice is Bella Skin Institute in Calabasas, where she has assembled her dream "derm" team of professionals to care for the concerns of celebrities, CEOs and Supermoms.
